We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Specialist to join our Customs Brokerage team in Forest Park, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in international logistics and customs compliance. 

 🛠️ Key Responsibilities 

As an Entry Specialist, you will support the daily operations of our brokerage division by: 

• Submitting Importer Security Filings (ISFs) for ocean shipments 
• Accurately entering shipment data and maintaining records 
• Assisting entry writers with documentation and compliance review 
• Communicating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations 
• Meeting productivity, accuracy, and regulatory standards 
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Customs Brokerage Manager  

🔍 What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking candidates who are: 

• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable 
• Able to follow directions and work well in a team 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
• Experience in Steel and copper derivatives 
• Comfortable in both back-office and customer-facing roles 
• Friendly, professional, and collaborative 
• Experienced in CargoWise software
• 3+ years experienced in logistics, data entry, or administrative support

Preferred but not required: 

• Exposure to Customs Brokerage or Customs Clearance 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• High school diploma or GED
