We are currently hiring an Entry Specialist to join our Customs Brokerage team in Mineola, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to grow in the international logistics industry. 🧠What You’ll Do
As an Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant processing of international shipments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Submitting Importer Security Filings (ISFs) for ocean freight
- Accurately entering and maintaining shipment data
- Supporting entry writers with documentation and compliance reviews
- Communicating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely processing
- Meeting productivity, accuracy, and regulatory standards
- Performing additional administrative duties as needed

We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow in the field of customs brokerage
- Comfortable in both back-office and customer-facing roles
- Friendly, professional, and collaborative
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Exposure to customs brokerage or customs clearance
- Experience with CargoWise software
- 1+ year in logistics, data entry, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED
