About the Role

LOGISTEED America, Inc., a global leader in logistics solutions, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our Customs Brokerage team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely data entry for shipments and client documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and transmit Importer Security Filing (ISF) for ocean shipments.
• Update shipment details and status in our systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist entry writers and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in data entry or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Must have close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
